Today I was convinced to start a blog. I do not know if it will last, but I am going to give it a try. I am in a quandry these days. I have been trying to come up with a color for the 1975 FJ40 that I am building. I am thinking about Black as is seen there in the photo, but the green that it originally came with is also a color that I fancy and it would not show the scratches quite as much. Dad feels that the Yellow of the new Toyota FJ Cruiser is the bomb, but I am not quite convinced. It seems that Dad has a bit of an eye for wild colors. I seem to be a bit more conservative. The FJ is down in SLC at Robs shop getting the Axles, Suspension, Seats, Gas Tank, Roll Bar, Tires and Body Mods. It should be really fun. Mom has got me all worried now, cause she called and told me that she has been worrying about my finances and my debt. Now, although this is an affordable project for me, I am wondering if I should finish it now, though I am going to have a lot of debt for at least 5-7 years with the business debt, etc and would have to wait quite a while to get it all done. Most who know me, know that I am not very good at waiting.
Kim and I just returned from a fun trip to Hawaii. I will try to post a few pictures later.

You can't wait for a pimple to grow on a fourteen year olds face. There is no way your are waiting for this. My vote is for the green. It's Kim's choice anyway and she likes the blue.

well luke i think you should definetly paint it black that looks the best, and mom agrees with me . Also that green does not look good thats what i think.
I definetly think you should paint it BLACK i think that looks super good and im not a big fan of the other green! mom also like s the black!
My vote is for something different...that means the black that Jack picked out. I loved that color and we'vew decided we have better taste than all those other votes.
